Warranty of chair Terms & Conditions

Warranty service is only available in Hong Kong. Customer must present the original purchase invoice and a intact “Thunder Soar” label must be sticked onto the chair for verification when warranty service is rendered. Service fee will be charged if any one of the requirement cannot be produced.

Warranty excludes backrest, seat-pan, headrest and armrest, or fabric and leather contamination, damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.

座椅保用條款及細則

保修服務只限於香港地區。客戶要求維修服務時,必須出示購買產品之正本單據及在座椅上貼有完整的「Thunder Soar」標貼。倘未能出示任何一項,客戶需繳付維修費用。

保用不包含椅背、座墊、頭枕和扶手,或布料及皮革之弄污,以及不當使用、意外、改裝、擅自維修或工料瑕疵以外因素導致的損害。
