Warranty of chair Terms & Conditions
Warranty service is only available in Hong Kong. Customer must present the original purchase invoice of Thunder Soar Limited for verification when warranty service is rendered. Service fee will be charged if it cannot be provided.
Warranty includes chair mechanism only. Warranty excludes backrest, seat-pan, headrest and armrest, or fabric and leather contamination, damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.
