Chair Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. Warranty Provider – The product is covered by a 2-year warranty provided by the Hong Kong authorised distributor.

2. Warranty Service Region – Warranty service is available only in Hong Kong.

3. Proof of Purchase – Customers must present the original purchase invoice when requesting warranty service. A service fee will be charged if the original invoice cannot be provided. The warranty period is calculated from the invoice date.

4. Scope of Warranty – The warranty covers only the chair’s mechanical structure, including:

  • Gas lift (height adjustment cylinder)
  • Recline/tilt mechanism
  • Chair mechanism base

5. Exclusions – This warranty does not cover:

  • Headrest and armrests
  • Damage, stains, or contamination of mesh, fabric, leather, or synthetic leather materials
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Use in outdoor or unsuitable environments (e.g. high humidity, extreme temperatures)
  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, modifications, unauthorised repairs, or other causes not related to material or workmanship defects

座椅保用條款及細則

1. 保用提供者 – 本產品由香港總代理提供兩年保用服務。

2. 保修服務地區 – 保修服務僅限於香港地區。倘若未能出示正本單據,客戶需支付維修費用。

3. 購買證明 – 客戶申請保修服務時,必須出示正本購買單據。保用期由發票日期起計算兩年。

4. 保用範圍 – 保用只限於座椅機械結構,包括:

  • 氣壓升降柱
  • 傾仰機械部件
  • 底盤機械部件

5. 不包括項目 – 保用不包括以下項目:

  • 頭枕及扶手
  • 網料、布料、皮革或人造皮革之損壞、弄污或污染
  • 正常磨損
  • 放置於戶外或非正常環境(如濕氣重、極端溫度)
  • 因不當使用、意外、改裝、擅自維修或其他不屬於材料和工藝缺陷的原因
